    Yes Brian Q ,consentrating on one thing,som have ahard time whit that, some have it by nature,but to drop the line ,and set the mind on eazz  is allway a good thing to do ! thanks for your reaction BQ, some times when its close by you forget a bout things, that are good for you, and find out a bout it from people who get it from faraway ! thanks and be reading & Hearing  you !
