  Yes, Dave is right and I had not noticed until Richard repeated it.  There is surprising sustain on that diddley.   Kind of funny playing it unplugged, it has an Elmore pickup that sure roars nicely.

  Dave has a great point about that unique tone hanging in the air. The final frontier Uncle! I have to try this on my lap Diddley! I have the arm movement down! That’s what I do when I want my Cream Of Wheat! Ha! I think this beats screwdrivers.
