  Your guitar has a rich tone to it. I'm learning different tunings and string gauges give my guitars a variety of tones :)

  Real nice guitar Tess one thing try and play the slide right over the fret. This is very important, try playing just by listening close your eyes or don't look at the neck you'll hear whats right. And try and moving the slide around vibrato is a real good thing with slide watch Bonnie Raitt on youtube . Hope this helps take care.

  This was my first Electric and my first fretted and my first 4 string but I did built a 3 string frettless and a CB Uke also. I didn't like the Uke but I should upload some photos of that also. Now the the 4 string CBG is finished 'Im gonna rebuild the 3 string acoustic with the wood working skills that I gained when I built this one.

  Very nice Tess! Nice rich tone, is this your first electric build or or first build period? Either way you got my first build (which was electric also) beat all to hell. My first was not a pretty sight, but it played and I still have it.
