"Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together."
2 Corinthians 6:14 "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?"
Thanks, Gus. Some would laugh at me for saying this, but I think I had some help from above in writing this one. The verse about the ox and ass is not biblical as far as I recall, but I like it in there. Merry Christmas to the Gusenheimers.
Beautiful song! When I first heard this, I was doing something else and not paying close attention. When you sang 'The Angel told the shepherds have no fear' I swear you said 'the angel told the shepherds have a beer!' I thought maybe it was a redneck Christmas song.
