I've had this video in my file for quite a long time and haven't posted because I wanted to redo it. But I sold the guitar and I haven't found another with the sound I want.Tuned Gmin (GDga#d) and a backwards wonky bum diddy strum. Sound is mainly acoustic with a little push from the internal amp and speaker. The guitar is at Wicked Parrot Tattoo in Kill Devil Hills, NC.Some of you might remember this from a couple years ago when a group of us collaborated on the same song. I owe a lot to turtlehead for giving the song its chord progression from my lyrics. I have used the same chord progression as he used.

thanks Maddog and Steve. I enjoyed writing the lyrics and collaborating with all the others on the original version. I had tried for a year to do something with them before offering the words to friends here and it turned out excellent.
I'm glad I could finally sing and play the song myself. It's been a long time comin'.

Thanks Maddog. It was a great opportunity to include so many Nation members.
Well it was a great collab project and you certainly did the song justice here Eric! Well done!

Thanks Antonio, Clock, Wolf, Uncle John and turtlehead (again!).
I'm sorry I sat on the video so long before posting.
I will do this for April's open mic, a version of You Are My Sunshine, and I still have to come up with a 3rd song to do in minor tuning.
What good minor key sound and song. One of your best, I think.
