Winding, Building and Then...Bucking Hummmmmms... In The Livingroom......Trying out my first humbucker over the strings of a nice guitar...(10000 turns awg44 electric wires, 11Kohms, and very strong magnets for each coil...)...Clean/Crunch channel first, then Overdrive1/2 Channel......comparing Dimarzio Pickups with my homemade one...I was looking for a warm vintage sound and a deep tone with enough power......i've got a folk song rhythm in my mind...

Hi
Dont forget PIO caps and tone pot values also play an important part in the overall sound.
Cool pickup though. Did you change the poles of your magnets for each side?
I sell caps for guitars and people are amazed at the differance it can make to their sound.
sounding great so far...
