  • Elegant peace! Sliding nice and easy for Daniel!

  • Nice mellow deep sliding Dave

  • Thanks Danny, AGP and Daniel. Yes the string spacing is wider with the Supro pickup. The scale length is longer than most laps on your neck Daniel. Laps often have short necks so you can move more quickly up and down the neck. They usually have a 23 inch scale. Yours is at 25 inches.

  • blues king Dave I loved it

  • Nice Smooth Mellow uncomplicated Slidin' Dave, always a pleasure to listen to :-)

  • by the by, thank you for the "title". very considerate, hits close to home. (wonder why?......).

  • does the "supro" plate use wider string spacing?

  • Thanks Daniel. I stay close to the nut. Trying to keep it simple and clean. It’s harder on lap slide because of the 6 strings and close string spacing. 3 strings is simplified. I can do my best with 3.

  • Dave, your blues stayed pretty much near the nut. i can't imagine how high the notes could go...........nice how you "ping" a string/note. would like to learn how to do that. (you do it with or without a lap steel).

  • Thanks you guys. Your encouragement feels so good. Daniel, Ambrose, Denis, thank you.
