and fugly-- i appreciate your compliment, and will tell you something...10 years ago i set about learning every townes song i could...had about 15 down...over the next two years...played them all the way through sooo many times...i really believe that experience was like school...you learn how to write by stepping into a lot of songs you respect. feeling em out. thinking abouy em while you drive around...

Like the harp. Like the sad lyrics. Kind of brings me down like Springsteen's Nebraska. Reminds me of him, Dylan, Chris Knight and Olds Sleeper. I want this album.
