  • As104 needs a pre- amp but there is a similar one that is 1:1000 which apparently is the one to go for... still awaiting mine to try...check its got the 5mm hole not the 9.5mm as they dont work

  • Jim,that's essentially what it is,but at 1 end the loop goes through an in line current transformer,then to the jack,at this point the AS104 transformer is getting good results,they cost 3 or 4 bucks each

  • I'll have to go look at the blog. Is that simply a magnet with two pieces of aluminum on either side? Do the leads come from each side of the aluminum. I know, I'll have read 200 posts on the blog to get the info.
