As104 needs a pre- amp but there is a similar one that is 1:1000 which apparently is the one to go for... still awaiting mine to try...check its got the 5mm hole not the 9.5mm as they dont work
Jim,that's essentially what it is,but at 1 end the loop goes through an in line current transformer,then to the jack,at this point the AS104 transformer is getting good results,they cost 3 or 4 bucks each
I'll have to go look at the blog. Is that simply a magnet with two pieces of aluminum on either side? Do the leads come from each side of the aluminum. I know, I'll have read 200 posts on the blog to get the info.

sounds great Buggy, you're getting good results,i'm slapping together a biscuit tin guitar to see how it sounds under the tin,i'll let you know
