Maybe too long !...but i love that new guitar... many different sounds seem to be possible...one or two coils can be switched on...one coil polarity can be inverted... can use a switch to choose parallel or serie... two switches for adding one or two 0,047mf cap (treble or noise gate)...etc...using clean, crunch then overdrive, and more overdrive channel of my power amp.(then using integrated tremolo and delay effects...)A very nice guy (nice friend named Milo9422 on youtube or James on Nation) sent his prefered Cigar Box to me... I couldn't do anything else than builing this instrument with it...

Hey hey hey James...thank you very much for your long friendly comment... i ve to tell you a very important thing about all these switches : when no one is on, the pickup works with no control and is configured like your "Monster PU" with about 500k (it works well also with 250k) volume control potti... i've no feedback (using headphone for my neighbors) but some noises, because (i think) all metallic parts and strings are not connected to the ground... that new cigar box guitar is the "J. MODEL",kind of chambered solid body guitar, I wanted it great I hope i was successful...
