very cool build mate sounds nice - like Willard said check out Old Lowe hes made some crackin lap slides - my next build is a Lap Steel Electric cant wait to make a start on it :-)

This is my second build. My first was a 3 string cbg that got left behind in a move. I learned alot from this attempt and plan on a future lap slide with better materials and some electronics. Any advice is welcome and appreciated. I took pictures of the build and will upload them when I can.
