"3M Ultra Flex is the way to go. Yes, it a little more expensive than normal sandpaper but they're not kidding when they say it lasts 15 times longer."

Thanks Korrigan ! I know, but sumhow time gets consumed whit urgent  Matters , little things like a tile from the roof slid down a couple inch, and the birds start a nest, and  because of the opening the wasps come in and build a nest, and the rain comes seeping in and the wood starts to rott and before you know it ,your on the roof the hole day fixing the shit ,that you did not pay attention to, but then again in the nick of time it was set for Over the Hill Disaster !!
