Zero Bone

Zero fret and bone nut (blank). Need to trim for length and cut string guide slots. Since the bone zero fret is there I don't have to be very precise cutting the slots for width or depth. All the best of the precision and intonation of a zero fret and sound from a bone nut.

  • Hi Rich,. I don't sell these, but I posted a video on how to make them.

    I have kept some intact for 3 years including travel and open mic gigs, but they have proven a little fragile in the hands of others. I switched to a zero fret wire with bone string guides to make it more robust.

  • It is either cow or camel. I got an unsorted mix.
  • what sort of bone do you use ,I used to do a bit of bone carving you can get some cool colours soaking in coffee grits over night .always love the warmth of the stuff
