Cigar Box Bass, std EADG bass tuning; 28.25" scale length, Fender 7060 acoustic bass strings, piezo pickup, poplar neck with steel bar, oak fretboard; Ping mando tuners, batik fabric headstock and box overlay. Pick made by Pick Punch.

JP, The body is from fir 2 x 4s or 2 x 6s; I don't remember. I just use the scraps from other projects. Doug

Is the outer body around the box made from solid wood or plywood? Cool idea, looks great!
