Got the exact same message when trying to post my last Vid on the Nation, had no such problems when linking them to Facebook, so I'm assuming the problem may be at the Nation, and not Utube.
I do use a PC, and I got around the problem by using the "Add Videos From Your Computer" box to the right, but not sure if the same option applies to those using iPad's & Phones etc ??

I've reported this issue 3 times now. Everyone else please do the same. Maybe if enough people report it, they'll fix it.
