  • no problem Glenn.
  • Ha, I wonder if they meant DEAD Horse... but cool. Thx for clarity on the cap and shirt, and same here re. fretless git approach, me too. Ha, yep, I have forced myself into 3, 2 or 1 string land to really break my personal horizons. Have done 6 strings for over 40 yrs. now and love the challenge of the new, the minimal, the stark. And if the song doesn't carry it the performance likely won't (or shouldn't be depended on to "fix" a slack or rubbish song anyhow). Yes, 4 are very cool, I just restrict myself, no issues with others doing 4, 5 or 6, all cool. Thanks, much for your response, appreciated!

  • no worries-the tee is from Dad Horse Experience (a one man band from Germany)-it reads 'Lord must fix my soul- turn the shit into gold'. The caps just an old cap it says US vintage 52 I think.I play fretless 3 string mostly with slide but occasionally finger on the 2nd and 3rd fret only-it wont sound anywhere else apart from those 'frets'.I also play fretted 4 string which allows for actual chords-luxury!
  • So I dig the cbg look and feel, love the b&w pic and overall vibe- and have toured Germany many times. So... can't quite read the fine print on the cap? And what's the shirt say in full? I'm about to add words to some of my boxes and find all this stuff interesting. Just one more thing: do you play fretless 3 string (with fingers as well as with slide) or?? Thanks, sorry about all the q's HB! -Glenn
