This old fiddle was found by an antique/ fossil collecting friend that does all my tattoos.. I traded him one of my new builds for it. Not sure on its age , but it is the oldest fiddle I have ever seen. The tail piece is from an animal bone.. thinking Civil War era??? Any input from any of you would be great!

See if there are any square or pulled nails in it that can date it a little and of course try to peek inside for a label!
