Trying to keep it simplistic

This piece has not been sanded down and I may even add a similar piece to it in order to build it up more. The neck has not been rounded or marked for any frets just yet. This piece has not been glued into place on this cigar box guitar. I was thinking that a burned in design on the piece may even add a bit to it.
