This is a modified 8 string build, using a Hoyo de Monterrey Maduro box. The strings are fishing line, and it currently sports a single piezo pick up with a 1 megaohm volume pot. I took apart a previous build (pictured on my OTHER page), whose body I wasn't particularly happy with, to see if I could improve on the design.
