Done, and here is the time tally: 2.5 hrs on the necks, 4 hrs on fret boards, 1hr on holes and glue-up, 1 hr on varnish, 1 hour on nuts and bridges, 2 hours on set-up (fret dressing and so forth). For a total of 11.5 hours to build 2. I cant say it took 5.75 hours to build one because the saw set-up to do one would be the same time to do any number. I think 6 hours to do one is fair. $20.00 materials, $20.00 per hour labor equals a $140.00 price tag.
