  • Nice! I may have to look into that. I didn't think i could "electrify" my resonator but thanks to you my friend it all seems very easy :)

  • While I had it apart anyway, I hot glued a $2 piezo to the cone under where the rear leg of the spider rests, (recommended by someone online) and straight out to jack. Some may have better ideas but that is what I did and it was cheap, looks great and I have always thought piezos wired this way were plenty hot. I haven't yet, gotten to cutting just south of the neck to put in a magnetic pup. Bought these for $88 and I am not going to spend $120 on a "fancy" piezo.

  • I wondered if it was possible to put a pick-up in my resonator. i have seen many that are electric but they cost a lot

  • the two on the outside are Rogue squarenecks I got from Musician's Friend, that were sold as "needing work", but didn't really. They have a nice articulate sound. I recommend this source. Someone had messed with the Fender roundneck, so I straightened the spider, put a piezo on the cone and filed a better angle in the bridge. Now it sounds great, the mellowest of the resos I have.

  • I have the one in the middle and i absolutely LOVE it

  • love dem resonators ,got one my damnself....salud
