Thanks Wes! I got the tubing at a local hobby shop that mostly sells supplies for building model planes. It was cheap (3-4 bucks) for a 3 foot piece I believe. Only used a few inches. Drilled a slightly undersized hole and "hammered" it in flush. Then used a hack saw/file to smooth off the excess on the back. No glue used. Just held in by the tight fit and the strings themselves.
