Forgot to add, Synsonics was an electronic drum manufacturer in the early days of electronic/synth instruments?
My buddy had one of these in the 80’s, I remember the feedback screamed like a banshee when you dimed it out :)

A friend of mine had one of those when we were at school. His was the explorer shape one. It didn't play well or sound good but we still thought it was the coolest thing.
I know it’s not a cigar box guitar, but it was fun to find it at a garage sale
