Something new. I read this review of a new product for Strats to increase the strength ( become of the hole routered out) loses sustain. Yah same stuff right. Well this bar claimed to fix it and well you know. After adding it it really did help with acoustic volume by x3 and a nice surprise is the banjo sound it to the over all punch. Need to repeat to be sure.

I run a back bone center strut with a neck pocket so the plate is screwed to the support then the other 4 go into the neck. I will find my mock-up jig and snap a picture but yah just screwed in to make it all super stiff

Very interesting indeed. I'll have to try that too. (This is just a piece of flat steel with screw holes in it, right?)
