    Thanks. I liked the "primitive" look of the f-hole. The outline came from a diagramme I located on Google image search.

    The curves were too tight for my Dremel, and I Swiss-filed the whole thing. Laborious!

    On the bass I'm now building, I want a Vox-teardrop-style hole. Big enough for the Dremel. Otherwise, it is two afternoons of work...

    I had the pleasure of holding and playing "Stringfellow"recently. It sounds even better than it looks. This is a truly fine instrument. thanks for inspiring me to up my own work a notch! Looking forward to our jam session (someday)!
