Started cutting the box

The box with sound holes cut and the space for the pickup cut out. I added a bit of ageing around the sound holes and on the corners. The neck is now getting a few coats of Tru oil.

Hi James. Thanks for the kind words. The neck was apparently part of a school library bookcase and is probably about 80 years old.
