I took off the two outer saddles from the bridge and I'll use the middle four saddles. They are exactly the right width for the pecan neck I'm using for this build. I picked up some metallic red paint from an auto parts store. Now time spread some sealer on the wood, drill screw holes, and start painting. It'll probably take a week or two to let the paint cure properly.
