I added some beef to the rails on my Smiling Dog Guitar. I added mahogany rail laminates to the thin rails. Now there is added support for the peg shafts. I replaced the tuners with new two hole long shaft machines. Also changed the metal nut with bone and raised the action. I like the tone of bone.
