And here it is, SLM's first six string license plate resonator guitar. The neck was repurposed from a Strat clone, the boys was made from part of a discarded church pew. The tuners were upgraded and an adjustable roller bridge was fitted to the license plate. At the bottom the brass tailpiece was fashioned from scrap brass salvaged from an old mail box. The pickup originally came from a Yamaha EG112 and was bought as a spare part from eBay, it makes a nice clean strong tone.
