Now I see that's slick jig
. Now I need to hit the shop to build one. I have been cutting mine on the table saw and cleaning it up with a belt sander and finishing it up with a block sander.
I get good results but tired arms this jig may be the answer to getting faster more a precise results that I'm after. I think I will make it wide enough to do 2-- 4 string necks at once as I always seem to sell them the quickest.
You bet, Shawn. I will try to get more images up, hopefully tomorrow. There is not a lot to this simple jig -- just side walls cut at the angle of your scarf, and a sled that rides the rails/side walls of the jig with sandpaper on the bottom face of the sled.
