Saab hubcab guitar

Four string electric guitar made from two Saab hubcaps, two broomsticks and various bits & pieces found during the years. The volume knob is and old bakelite handle of an kettle lid. I had to improvise with hydrochloric acid to get the rust on some parts.

    Got a bunch of those bakelite knobs in a drawer....didn't know what I's keepin' 'em for!     Now I do!

    Very Very Cool guitar! I love the creativity of the hubcaps and spatula. Thanks for the motivation to think outside the box! (no pun intended) ha ha!
