Roberts Valve Radio Cigar box amp?

My mate found this original circuit diagram for the radio...can anyone read these with regards to finding the best place to tap into this amp circuit ?

    How can I insulate? Maybe if I just plug in a piezo
    As this doesnt connect to anything metal?
    I can see I will be getting shocking results!
