Thanks Chip. I'm also putting nearly everything away as I go too, not much room means no more tool mess in this shop. Part of the ongoing process is working out how the tools are going to be stored, likely hanging on the wall somehow.
First two builds out of the revamped (and still in progress) shop. New bench seems to be working out OK. Also finding that a really small shop means using hand tools for almost everything.

I had a shop full of tools before I started building CBG's, but I do most of my work by hand---nice work!!
BTW - the bike comes out when I'm working in there.
