Relic rebuild MIJ gold foil pups

I refinished the body and neck of this old Teisco, Zenon, ? The back was painted over the sunburst with thick black goop. I sanded it off to reveal the result. The finish had cracked and the red lines show the fault lines.

    next  guess would be an "audition"   but  i'd  put  my  money  on      the zen

    Thanks for the info Pick, The only headstock i've got that looks like this one is my Zenon. Only this one is not tilted back like the Zenon. It is on the same plane as the neck. That's why it has a string bar.

    ps  ..    it     looks  to  be  a    "Tradition"  made   by  Zenon.  

    but  ..  i am not 100%  on that .
