Relic rebuild in progress

Here's my refinished Teisco relic. I made a Cherry control plate to fit the shape of the old plate. I have a switch to add to the plate and two pickups to surface mount. I think i'll use Elmar's flat pups for the job. I have one that's just right for it and i'll get another for the rest.

    I'm too weak to undergo a Teiscoectomy. Looks like i'm Teiscrewed. The zig zag arrived today. I'll post a photo later.

    Thanks Pick, it is yummy. I get a big kick out of these relics. I've got one coming off ebay with a crazy zig zag control plate that is missing most of it's zag. I'll get to make a wood replacement for it... Oh boy....
