just a plain old bit from the little set I bought for my dremel tool. after you grind the spot flat, takea center punch and give it a good whack....that way your bit wont wander when you start drilling. once you get the hole started, drip a little oil on the area to save the bit from getting hot and ruined. just put pressure on it in short, hard taps, don't just hold constant pressure on it. hope this helps
