Oh no! A crack is forming on one side of the headstock due to the spring-back tension of the teardrop hoop. This means I'll have to use a few wood screws along with carpenter's glue to secure the headstock to the teardrop hoop so I can counteract this spring-back pressure from the hoop. Until then, I'll need to use a clamp to keep the spring-back pressure under control.
