Ash neck, disc peizo pickup, cut in the leaves at the bottom for sound hole with a hobby knife. Four strings sounds sweet.

    Square is over rated.  Funny on necks.  If one side shows square, often the other side does not.

    LOL...  theres hardly anything I make thats square at all.    Most is eyeballed.  and they're start'n to fail so I expect most builds to get ever more wonky.
