Block of purpleheart as bridge.Was drilled through as attempt to make a wooden jewellery fory wife. Abandoned this project, and made her apple wood one (round and comfy).Piezo in beercap and jack mounted directly on the bridge.Steel corner to help transfer vibrations on top of the beercap - without it the sound is quieter, but I can give the beercap a thump with a finger to mimic kickdrum. Without the steel corner the thump is mush lower and thumpy, with the corner it is a bit tinny. So there is a certain tradeoff.Added steel, zinc plated nails as individual saddles.
