Picture 001

This is hard work one at a time, but that was stage one, two necks roughed out and ready to go, no idea at this stage what I am doing but it is my first build. Quarter to midnight and I have two photos to my credit, what the hell are all those lines for? Thought I knew what I was doing but can't even put photo two on. Old man dies trying! Is there anyone out there that can help? Think I have got my own version worked out for a truss rod that might work? Static once I have wound it up and let it settle, no more adjustment Sh or Bust, glue up and hope for the best. Wing and a prayer. :)

  • Looks great to me Chris. I've never layed one out so thoroughly before. I just start my saw and cut. No wonder mine look so "natural"....
  • Bugger this is doing my head in, got another eight to put on, forget that, any way the one on the right of picture (fourteen I think) is made by a guy who knows what he is doing as he owns the factory and can afford big cigars. Me no factory and no idea, the way it goes? Who can tell!
