Thw bottle is attached by two 8 x 32" machine screws going in through the neck with some specialy made tools for the job like building a ship in a bottle so there are no extra holes.
Sounds pretty good to me. Doesnt have the twangy sound you get from a regular tin can of course I have the string pretty tight around high A or so. Thats why I reinforce the hole in the end as I had trouble before with the strings eating the cans.
