I made the pins out of foam paintbrush handles-the foam piece always breaks off for me! I did taper them a little at the large end. I stuck the smaller end in a drill & sandpapered it til I got a good fit in the holes. I sometimes have to smack the big end for a tighter fit.
Deke, are those pins just wedged in? Are the holes tapered and if so how did you do that. I'm hoping to make a no cost CBG and want to make my own tuners. Thanks, Sloboy
