I think I lucked out and saved the neck and fret board. A little sanding on the neck base and it may be fine.No getting the bridge off the box. That Titebond glue is strong stuff.The box may become a bird house.

Same back at you, Rick. I hear there is one string headed your way. I enjoy doing improvements, upgrade and re-do things on builds that don't please me enough. But I usually have to set them aside a while first.

I salvaged parts from three old, unplayable builds for my the last three new ones I built recently. It felt a bit wrong at the time, but I got over that once I finished the new ones. They all turned out nice.
