Thanks Shawn. This is actually my second one with markers like this. I dud have some chipout on the fretboard on the high string side. I made some fresh walnut sawdust and mixed it with epoxy to fill those in. I never thought about filling in the slots under the frets. The epoxy mix turned out dark and wouldn't have made them dissappear anyway. Lol
I use a mixture of epoxy and fine sawdust to fill in the slots at the end of each fret to hide the cuts. Use your finger with some tape on it to push the mixture in to the slots then wipe it off with clean rag kinda like grouting tiles. I saw it done at the Gibson factory.
