This Diddley Bow is made of an broom stick and a cigar box,a CB Gitty Piezo inside,that Ive "boxed"(covered) in left over wood from the "inside framing of other cigar boxes.Stringed up with a (third) G string.And it´s great fun playing that lonely string!!

Thanks JP!! It became like this actually because of a mistake!:-) the plan was just to have a thin distance piece to get the tuner lower then the nut bolt,somehow i made the cut to big...and i needed the piece as a "holder for the tuner,to have space for it..When I realized that The broom looks way to thin..I wasn´t sure if it would crack or not,so stringing was a bit of a "adrenaline moment". It showed that my worries was not needed,there was no wisible signs of to much tension at the thin part at all,mabye the piece of oak added gives good support?
