My first three Gellerized - Just Bend Over! (tm) - Trapeze Tailpieces. They are made from cheap stainless steel forks. The idea was to curl the fork tines, but the first two broke, so I had to use them a different way. I also will be making tailpieces from small stirring spoons, hammering the spoon end flat, and drilling holes for the string ball ends. Another version will line up the spoon ends, cupped within each other, and bending the handles over, then drilling holes in the handles for the strings. The cupped spoon ends will be held together by an eyehole screw in the box end, which will also provide a tie-on point for a strap.
