@Rich: I used a pair of aluminum cup holders for the cones. Also used the lips for the trim rings. Were $5ish on eBay. There is an internal wooden shell for structure. The cones work well with the nylon strings I have - not sure they, or the bridge, would hold up to steel strings long term. I'll see if I can get a vid up.
