i have now bought the same stewmac Fret tang nippers after having a horror of a time on the bound fretboard i made , you live and learn hey !
Like you say there not cheap but they work real fine , i tried allsorts of methods of removing that skinny little bit of tang , took about 6 hours to do all 44 ends and three days of numb finger tips - so i optetd for the stewmac for the next bound fretboard
juju.
Hey there my friend nice to hear from you thanks for the comments.. Yes I bit the bullet and bought the fret tang cutter from Stew Mac. Pricey but really does a nice job.... What do you use?
Hey Jim
