No 1 and 2

No 1 and 2 built over Christmas with my 11yo son. Paralleled piezos in bridge. No 1 R&J has a blend pot and volume.

    Yes, it's a thinline tele f hole.  Acoustically it sounds ok, but the partagas is bit richer (more bass and mids).  I think it might be a combination of the depth of the boxes and the fact that my R&J has a pickup hanging from the soundboard which probably damps the vibrations.  I've got plenty more boxes to experiment with ;-)

    Beautiful.  Super nice.  I like the look of 1 f hole and think it might be a Fender thing,  but wonder how it sounds acoustic?
